Shearwater Productions offers a wide range of workshops, master classes and artist residencies. Because we believe that teaching artists need to excel as Teachers and as Artists, all of our teaching artists have a background in education as well as theatre, and a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
Shearwater’s Arts Ed programs offer introductory, intermediate, and advanced training in the process of creating and performing theatre.
Our Arts-in-Ed programming uses performance and performance modalities to teach academic topics.
Shearwater’s Arts in Community projects connect Teaching Artists with community organizations to develop art practices and performances that empower, inquire, illuminate and bring hope.
Workshops, master classes and artist residencies are available for k-12, college, professional, and lifelong learning populations.
